PAYMENT & PRICING
Crystal Creatures accepts payment via PayPal and bank transfer. If you wish to place an order and pay via bank transfer, please email your order details to hello@crystalcreatures.co.nz
All pricing and transactions are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Overseas transactions are accepted and will be automatically converted to New Zealand Dollars.
If you wish to place a special order for an item that is sold out or does not appear on our website, please email us at hello@crystalcreatures.co.nz
Please note that Crystal Creatures reserves the right to alter our prices at any time and limit the quantities of product sold as we see fit.

Any orders placed automatically accept the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.
REFUNDS
Crystal Creatures’ products are natural minerals and therefore they may show imperfections. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted regarding the crystal’s natural characteristics.
Please note that measurements displayed on our website are approximate only and that no refunds will be accepted due to change of mind.
If the item(s) purchased do not meet the standards and requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and/or the Sale of Goods Act 1908, Crystal Creatures will provide a full refund.
The item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, within seven (7) days of delivery.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us and this information is treated as confidential. Crystal Creatures does not collect personally identifiable information from our website without your knowledge. Details such as your name, address, email and phone number is collected only when you submit it to us.
Crystal Creatures does not store or keep credit card numbers from online transactions. The last four numbers and the expiry date of your credit card number are kept for order verification and identification purposes only.
Crystal Creatures may collect statistics about the behavior of our website visitors. Your information will never be shared with third parties for any purpose with the exception of our shipping agent providing you with your order.
