NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING 

Standard shipping costs $5.50*

Rural delivery costs $7.50*

All orders within New Zealand will be delivered via CourierPost and will be sent out within 3- 7 business days from the placement of your order. Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer than the time indicated.

Please ensure that you specify a physical address. Orders will not be sent to a PO Box. 

You will receive an order confirmation stating that your order has been completed – this means that your order is ready for the courier to collect. 

We are currently working on integrating a tracking system with our e-commerce platform.

*occasionally we may need to contact you for additional shipping costs if the order is larger/heavier and exceeds the shipping method selected for your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Customers have the choice of two shipping options: tracked and untracked. Untracked orders will be sent at the customers’ own risk – if your order is lost or delayed, Crystal Creatures holds no responsibility and no replacement/refund will be offered. 

International orders are sent via NZ Post International Air. Orders are sent out within 3-7  business days from placement of the order. We are not responsible for customs/levies for all international parcels. 

Delivery takes approximately 3 – 10 working days from the date of dispatch however this varies and may be longer depending on the time of year and any other international delays.

If you have placed an order and your delivery zone is not available, we will contact you with a shipping cost. Payment must be made for the extra shipping costs otherwise your order will be cancelled and refunded.

COLLAR CHARMS

To reduce international shipping costs for Collar Charms there is an option at the checkout for the charms only. No other crystals can be added if you select this option. Freebies are also not included to keep costs down. 

Shipping is appropriately $20NZ/ $13USD 

LOST DELIVERIES 

Crystal Creatures relies on NZ Post and CourierPost courier services and does not accept responsibility for any lost packages. 

If you have paid for tracking and have not received your order, please email us at hello@crystalcreatures.co.nz. We will contact the carrier and do our best to locate your order. If we feel that your order has been lost and you have paid for tracking, we will issue you store credit. 

If you have not paid for tracking costs, Crystal Creatures will not refund the order and shipping costs. This is because we have no transparency of where the package is and we cannot track the order or follow up with the courier.  For all orders, we recommend paying for tracked delivery.

DAMAGED GOODS 

Should you feel that your item(s) have not arrived in good condition, please email us at hello@crystalcreatures.co.nz.

Please supply photographs of your item(s) and any relevant information.

Please open and unpack your crystals in a safe area – crystals may shift during transit, or be rolled and wrapped thickly to keep them safe.  We recommend sitting down and opening your package on a nice soft surface.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
